Service Description
Our Visitor/Guest Fill service is designed for clients who need a touch-up but did not receive their original set from us. Because different lash techniques, adhesives, and styles vary, your stylist will assess your current lashes and determine the appropriate fill level (1-week, 2-week, or 3-week fill). Pricing: • Standard fill price based on your lash condition ($65 – $105) • + $35 Guest Fill Fee If your existing lashes are not in good condition or are incompatible with our techniques, a full removal and new set may be required. Book this service, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Cancellation Policy
🔒 Booking & Cancellation Policy To protect your time, our clients, and our business, please review and agree to the following policy when booking: 💳 Card on File Required All clients are required to enter a valid credit or debit card to secure an appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. However, your card may be charged in accordance with the policies below. 🚫 Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect everyone’s time, we strictly enforce the following: • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. • No-shows will also incur a $50 no-show fee, charged automatically to the card on file. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to take you, and it will be considered a no-show (charged accordingly). ⏰ Grace Period We allow a 10-minute grace period for arrival. After 10 minutes, services may be modified. At 15 minutes send a text to 937-204-3553 to see if your tech will be able to accommodate past the 15 minute window, if not, the appointment may be cancelled as a no-show. Clean Face Policy Please arrive with clean and makeup-free lashes.
